Conceptual Physics
Conceptual physics teaches the processes of the physical world including matter, motion, energy, and force. If something happens (anything), it's because of physics. Conceptual physics teaches these concepts without using trigonometry or calculus-based math. Conceptual Physics is your science class for 10th grade. If you plan on studying science in college, physics is highly recommended since you'll have to take it for any university science major. Here are some reasons you might want to take Conceptual Physics:
Prerequisite: completion of biology
Meets UC/CSU requirement: (d) Lab Science: Physical
- Develop logical problem-solving skills
- Rigorous, college prep class
- Uses lots of real life examples
- Totally project based
- Designing and building things, designing and running your own lab experiments
